Do your laundry in 3 steps.
You choose the service and the cycle.
Paying by card? Head to the kiosk and select the machine and the cycle — note the machine number as you select it. To pay with one-euro coins, go straight to the machine you want and select the cycle there.
Load your laundry and press start.
Once it's running, you can settle in on our sofa. Or step out for a coffee if you'd rather — just make sure you're back before your cycle finishes.
You leave with your laundry done.
Use the baskets to carry your laundry to the drying area and pick your machine the same way. Then fold at the table and that's it.
Frequently asked questions
Service
Washing is the easy part. Hanging it out, folding it, the drying rack stranded in the middle of the room… At Lila, you come in with a full basket and leave with your laundry ready to put away in a little over an hour.
No need. The washing machines already include detergent and softener, all dispensed automatically.
It depends on the machine and the cycle you choose. A wash takes 30 minutes; drying takes 30 to 45. The door stays locked during a wash, but not while it dries — we'd suggest checking on your laundry as it dries, so it comes out exactly how you want it.
Shop
Yes — go take a stroll around the neighbourhood. Just be back before the cycle ends: if you're gone a long time, our staff or another customer may move your laundry into a basket.
Yes. There's a water bowl by the entrance, too. Just make sure they don't bother anyone else in the shop. And if your pet makes a mess, please clean it up — Lila usually runs unstaffed, so it stays in good shape because the people who use it look after it.
We're at Calle Virgen del Sagrario 19, Local 2, in La Concepción. By metro, La Concepción and Quintana both leave you a step away. By bus, the 21 runs along Virgen del Sagrario itself; the 48 crosses the neighbourhood and drops you a few minutes' walk away. We're open 7am to 10pm, every day.

Payment
By card at the payment kiosks on the wall. The machines also take 1 € coins. There's no change machine and we can't give change for banknotes, so bring coins or your bank card.
No. The shop has no change machine and often runs unstaffed, so we can't guarantee change. Bring 1 € coins or, easier still, pay by card at the kiosks on the wall.

No. The machines take 1 € coins. If you have a card, you can pay at the payment kiosks on the wall.
Items
Yes, you can wash them in our larger machines so they come out fresh and fluffy.
Of course, but use only the machines marked 'Pets'.
No. Shoes and rugs aren't allowed, for safety reasons. You could damage your things and the machines.
We offer delicate cycles. Make sure you choose the right one for your item, as some fabrics can shrink at high temperatures.
