Your laundry is washed by our trained team, on the latest industrial machines. We never mix loads from different customers. We do our best and follow your care instructions to the letter.

No. We wash, dry and fold everything, but we don't offer an ironing service.

Washing is the easy part. Hanging it out, folding it, the drying rack stranded in the middle of the room: all of it leaves with the bag. For the price of a dinner out, Sunday goes back to being Sunday.

We offer delicate cycles. Make sure you tell us the right care instructions for your item, as some fabrics can shrink at high temperatures.

No need. The washing machines already include detergent and softener, all dispensed automatically.

It depends on the machine and the cycle you choose. A wash takes 30 minutes; drying takes 30 to 45. The door stays locked during a wash, but not while it dries — we'd suggest checking on your laundry as it dries, so it comes out exactly how you want it.

Yes — go take a stroll around the neighbourhood. Just be back before the cycle ends: if you're gone a long time, our staff or another customer may move your laundry into a basket.

By card at the payment kiosks on the wall. The machines also take 1 € coins. There's no change machine and we can't give change for banknotes, so bring coins or your bank card.

Yes, you can wash them in our larger machines so they come out fresh and fluffy.
